XOX International Holdings emerged from APU (Architecture Project Unit) — a well-established Hong Kong architecture practice — which merged and collaborated with leading architecture, engineering, and construction firms across the Greater Bay Area to form a powerful, unified consortium.
As a member company of Giant Panda Group (GPG), XOX is empowered by AI technology through Capricorn Artificial Intelligence Ltd — making XOX one of the first AI-native architecture consortiums in the Greater Bay Area.

XOX unites design, engineering, construction, and land asset management firms under one intelligent ecosystem, powered by the Orbit Hub — a suite of agentic AI tools that orchestrate every phase of the development lifecycle. As a member company of Giant Panda Group (GPG), XOX serves as the physical delivery arm of GPG's closed-loop urban development platform, backed by Capricorn Technology (AI & data) and Black Sea Capital (treasury & risk).
